Memorial plaque in homage to Brother Marie-Victorin


On 10 August 1985, to highlight the opening of a park in honour of Brother Marie-Victorin, born Conrad Kirouac, in Kingsey Falls, the Kirouac Family Association erected a memorial plaque, which was unveiled by Mrs. Amanda Ouellette-Kirouac the wife of Joseph-Jean Kirouac (GFK 01135*) and the eldest Kirouac member among the families living in the central region of Quebec, and also by Mr. Maurice Drolet, a nephew of Brother Marie-Victorin.




The bronze plaque was put up in the Park Marie-Victorin in Kingsey Falls, where Conrad Kirouac was born on 3 April 1885.
